Group photo of Chehalis area twins

This group photo of Chehalis area twins was taken on the lawn of Chehalis City Hall in 1933. The group included the Gilmore twin lions, which served as a trademark for the Gilmore Red Lion Oil Co. Wally Hill is pictured with his brother Warren in dark vests and white shirts — Warren's vest i plain and Wally's has a patch on it. The boys are sone of Mattie and Carl Hill and they were two of five children. In the 1930s, a Gilmore Red Lion Gasoline Station stood on Main Street at the site of the old Chehalis Muffler Shop, located across the street from Darigold in Chehalis.
